Her background bridges ecological design, sustainable food production, and hands-on growing — helping translate vision into thoughtful, practical plans rooted in the realities of land, people, and implementation.

Scott brings expertise in finance, operations, stakeholder alignment, and organizational strategy. He helps Farmer D & Co. projects move from inspiring ideas toward practical, resilient operating models by supporting business planning, financial strategy, systems development, and implementation pathways.

Alli’s background in landscape architecture and architecture is rooted in a lifelong appreciation for outdoor living, food, and community. Her work combines ecological design, placemaking, and food systems thinking to create healthy outdoor spaces that foster connection, support local food access, and strengthen the relationship between people and place.
Village Planning & conservation development
Greg Ramsey is a village planner and conservation community designer who has collaborated with Farmer D for over twenty years. He has helped plan, design, and develop agrivillages and conservation communities for master-planned communities, conservation-oriented developers, heritage lands, foundations, and intentional communities. Greg brings deep experience integrating farms, natural habitats, hamlets, and villages into enduring land-based communities.

Stephanie leads marketing and communications for Farmer D & Co., helping shape how the company shares its work and connects with clients, partners, and communities. An entrepreneur, longtime yoga teacher, and wellness practitioner, she brings deep experience in mission-driven brands and a strong interest in the connection between healthy land, healthy communities, and personal well-being.
Farm implementation & management
Reese has built his career as a farmer, educator, landscape designer, and builder across Northern California, Vermont, and Florida. His background in commercial organic farming, land management, and community building brings practical, place-based experience to Farmer D & Co. projects. He has been a trusted collaborator of Farmer D & Co. for over a decade.
Farm systems & production
Andy loves to connect with nature and community through farming and food. With over 15 years of farming on large and small scale vegetable operations, he specializes in small scale conservation and production practices that build soil, improve habitat, and bolster intensive vegetable production. Andy delights in setting up farmers and small scale farms for success through thoughtful design and planning.
Business Development & project coordination
Dillon works across strategy, business development, and project coordination at Farmer D & Co., helping move projects from early vision toward practical execution. With a graduate degree in Sustainable Development, he is especially drawn to work at the intersection of real estate, agriculture, community, and long-term land stewardship.
